Pastor
Robinson Fondong
Pastor Robinson Fondong was born in the
Southwest Province of Cameroon and received the Lord Jesus Christ
at the age of 14. He did not only accept the Lord into his life to get away from
the consequences of sin and hell but also to make Jesus Christ the model of his
life. As a result, he was persecuted and rejected by his family members.
In spite of the persecutions, he was
able to take advantage of every opportunity to spread the word of God to the
people around him at school and in his community. Pastor Robinson knew that he
had found the fountain of living water, and he could not help but call on people
to drink from it.
Thankfully, the
Lord backed His word; many of the students and relatives came to believe
in the God whom they had despised before. At his tender age in ministry, the
Holy Spirit moved by transforming lives which up to date are abiding and serving
the Lord in missionary fields. Pastor Robinson’s co-pastor James Ekortah is just
one example of God’s move during his early days in the Lord.
Pastor Robinson Fondong has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History
from the University of Buea in Cameroon. After getting this degree, he
immediately responded to the call of the God upon his life by enrolling himself
in the School of Knowing and Serving God, a Bible school in Cameroon.
A few years later, Pastor Robinson moved to the United States as the CMFI
missionary in Maryland. The church in Maryland has grown and has birthed three
assemblies in Westminster, Riverdale, and Silver Spring. He has since served God
and is now the Senior Pastor of three churches birthed from his Westminster
Assembly. He is an anointed evangelist who is passionate about seeing the world
at large and America in particular being saved. Pastor Robinson and his wife
Elizabeth have dedicated their lives to seeing people being freed from captivity
through the ministry of deliverance.
Pastor Robinson is happily married to his wife Elizabeth
Fondong who is also the daughter of the founder of the CMFI ministry worldwide,
Professor Zacharias T. Fomum. He and Elizabeth have been married for five years
now (since 2004) and are blessed with a son, Paul. They are a loving couple who
have dedicated their lives for the will of God in America. According to Pastor
Robinson, “we should plunder hell and populate heaven for Calvary’s sake. That is the
desire of the Lord, the goal of the church and it should be the goal of every
believer.”

Pastor James Ekor-Tah

Ekor-Tah came to know Christ, growing up as a young student in the town of
Kumba, when he met and became friends
with Robinson Fondong. Together, they established a bible club in their high
school, through which many students came to Christ and were baptized. He was
also part of the local CMFI assembly serving as a youth leader.
He later on moved to South Africa
where he attended the DTS (Discipleship
Training School),

and a Church Leadership Training Seminar at the YWAM Base of Worcester. He holds
an ACS (Associate Degree in Christian Studies) and a BCh.M (Bachelor Church
Ministries) from The Sure Foundation Theological Institute. His training for
ministry required him to go to India
for field assignment and cross cultural ministry exposure, prisons ministry at
the Youth
Correctional Center.
As an Associate Pastor at the Church in
Johannesburg,
South Africa, he was involved in the
Youth Ministry and Administrative Affairs under the supervision of Dr. Leandre
Kwawou, National Director for CMFI South Africa. In 2006, he moved to the
United States and married his sweetheart,
Julienne. He served as a leader at CMFI in
Westminster,
MD before moving to New Carrolton, MD to Pastor the newly
birthed assembly there.
Pastor James is a gifted and trained Bible Teacher who is deeply burdened for
the believers, especially those he pastors, to know the truth about God’s word,
so that they may live the life of Christ to its fullest potential. He is
determined to see families come to Christ and serve him with all their heart.
Above all, as a missionary, he is committed to the world wide vision of the
CMFI, to make disciples of all nations. Consequently, he works hard to establish
a solid multi-ethnic congregation with the same missionary vision.
